These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Real Estate Listing Promotion Program ("Program") offered by Dippidi. By submitting your listing and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
We offer three types of property promotion services:
Facebook Property Listing Promotion ($75): A tailored ad campaign on Facebook and Instagram.
YouTube Property Promotion ($75): A visually engaging video ad campaign on YouTube.
Combo Package for Facebook & YouTube Promotion ($150): Promote your listing across both platforms.
Upon receiving your submission, we will create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and/or YouTube, based on your selected service package.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete property details, including a live listing link or YouTube video link, through our submission form.
2. Fees and Payment
Each promotion package is offered on a pay-per-listing basis:
Facebook Property Listing Promotion: $75 per listing
YouTube Property Promotion: $75 per listing
Combo Package for Facebook & YouTube: $150 per listing
Payment is due upon submission of the form and is non-refundable once the campaign has been set up and activated.
3. Campaign Setup and Duration
Campaign setup will begin after payment and submission of the required information.
Ad campaigns will run for the duration selected by you during the form submission process. We reserve the right to adjust the campaign duration based on budget and platform recommendations.
You will receive a confirmation email once your ad is live. This email will allow you to review the ad and request revisions if necessary.
4. Revisions
You are entitled to request revisions to the ad once it has gone live. Revision requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the campaign confirmation email.
Revisions may include changes to ad copy, targeting, or creative. However, significant changes to the campaign structure or objective may require additional fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate listing information and links to live listings or YouTube videos. Failure to provide correct information may result in delays or unsuccessful campaigns, for which we are not liable.
You agree to maintain your own Facebook and Google Ads accounts for tracking purposes. We will provide you access to these accounts during the onboarding call so you can monitor the performance of your campaigns.
6. Campaign Results
While we optimize the campaigns to target the appropriate audience, we do not guarantee specific results, such as leads, sales, or inquiries.
Campaign performance depends on various factors, including market conditions, ad quality, and the overall attractiveness of the property listing.
7. Termination and Refunds
You may terminate the campaign at any time by contacting us. However, no refunds will be issued once the campaign has been launched.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client if we believe the property listing is in violation of platform policies or advertising standards.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement will not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Program.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Lakeland, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website or notifying you via email.
Continued use of the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.'
